I hardly know where to start .

Rose made every step of this journey a wonderful experience . My husband and I were not really in the market to buy or sell but we found a property that was perfect for some of our special need . Rose was so supportive and encouraging on both the buying and the selling end . She worked tirelessly for us so that all the complicated pieces came together in perfect harmony. Her professionalism while being a warm and personal agent was a combination very rarely found in any profession. Rose went above and beyond in completing tasks with precision and in a timely manner. She also advised us on very competent people to use for our mortgage , lawyers ,and even recommended wonderful movers . Most of all Rose has amazing energy and a outstanding personality alwsys exuding a positive attitude . Most people have said that moving after 35 years in a home is a stressful experience . I can honestly say Rose created an atmosphere of success so that we could create a new home .. looking forward to many new memories . Thank you Rose ??I will highly recommend you to others .

"Rose was recommended to me by a friend. I had serious back surgery and was in a nursing home for over a year. I was no longer able to climb stairs so made the decision to sell my home. Rose met with me at the nursing home and came prepared with comps for houses in my area. I found Rose to be very knowledgeable and professional. My house was listed almost immediately and sold within 2 weeks. Rose volunteered to meet a handy man at the house a couple of times to have some repairs made. Rose also worked very closely with my attorney to help smooth out a few minor bumps. And, Rose took the time to call me after the closing to see how I was doing living alone again in my new apartment. Rose was always looking out for my best interest during the process and she was very enjoyable to work with."
